What we do with what you type into this website.
Last updated: Not yet published
This page covers this website and nothing else. If your firm becomes a customer, a separate written agreement covers what happens to your callers' information, because that is a much bigger question and it deserves its own document.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form. That is your name, your firm's name, your work email, your phone number, the kind of law you practice, and whatever you write in the optional notes box. If you use the shorter form at the top of the page, it is just your email address.
We do not ask for anything about your clients, and you should not put anything about a client into that notes box.
Why we collect it
To call you back and show you the product. That is the whole reason. We are not building a mailing list to sell you something else later, and we are not selling it to anybody.
Who else sees it
Our own team, and the software we use to keep track of who has asked for a demo. That software is a normal business tool of the kind every company uses to manage its contacts.
We do not sell your information. We do not trade it. We do not hand it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear you are not interested and it stops being useful to keep. Whichever comes first.
Getting it deleted
Email us and ask. We will delete it and confirm when it is done. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to have been a customer.
Tracking
This site does not use advertising trackers and does not follow you around the internet after you leave.
Changes to this page
If this changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
Questions about any of this
Write to us and a person will answer. If you are the one at your firm responsible for asking hard questions about vendors, that is the right instinct and we would rather hear from you early.
